The 2024 Venice Film Festival<\/a> is formally in full swing, and we can’t get sufficient of the show-stopping glamour that has been on show since day one<\/a>. Yesterday, for day two, stars from the world of movie and past descended upon the enduring Palazzo del Cinema on the Lido di Venezia for the premiere of Pablo Larra\u00edn\u2019s much-anticipated Maria<\/em>, starring Angelina Jolie<\/a> because the legendary opera singer Maria Callas. Jolie herself paid homage to Callas, strolling the pink carpet in a customized champagne gold shoulder-to-shoulder neckline (adorned with a pretend fur stool) by Tamara Ralph. <\/p>\n Elsewhere on the pink carpet was Cate Blanchett. The Oscar-winning actress attended the Venice Movie Competition premiere of Disclaimer <\/em>decked out in a Giorgio Armani jumpsuit, full with pearl strands dripping down her backbone. Cate\u2019s co-star HoYeon Jung<\/a> turned up in a pink floor-length creation from Nicolas Ghesqui\u00e8re at Louis Vuitton and Taylor Russell slayed the sport (but once more) in Loewe. <\/p>\n
